Through their connections they were able to find a home that hadn’t yet hit the market, got us an early showing, and we put an offer in before anyone else could compete. Without their intel/connections, bias for action & hard work, we likely would have 1) paid more than we did on the property we bought due to more competing offers, or 2) lost out and had to pay more for another property in the area as prices continued to rise.
